Available Positions
1. Unit Head – Islamic Banking Operations
Grade: AVP / VP-I / VP
Total Positions: 1
Required Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university (National/International).
- Candidates holding professional certifications like AAOIFI (CIPA/CSAA) or NIBAF Diplomas will be preferred.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in:
- Banking Operations
- Islamic Banking
- Shariah Compliance
- Branch Management
Preferred Skills
Candidates having strong knowledge of:
- State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Islamic Banking Regulations
- Shariah Governance Framework
- Islamic Financing Products
- Islamic Banking Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage opening, relocation, and closure of Islamic Banking branches.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and SBP regulations.
- Review compliance and audit observations.
- Support regional and branch management.
- Oversee Islamic financing operations.
- Implement digital banking solutions and automation.
- Conduct staff training and operational development.
2. Manager – Islamic Banking Finance
Grade: AVP / VP-I / VP
Total Positions: 1
Required Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC-recognized institute.
- Preference for:
- MBA Finance
- M.Com
- ACCA
- ACMA
- Knowledge of AAOIFI accounting standards will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in:
- Finance
- Accounts
- Islamic Banking Finance
- Pool Management
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Islamic Banking financial statements.
- Maintain accounting records and regulatory reporting.
- Manage pool management and profit distribution.
- Monitor assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
- Handle treasury transactions and fixed asset matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory financial disclosures.
