Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Only Male citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.
Age Limit (as of 15 November 2026)
Civilian Candidates
- Age: 16½ to 21 years
- Marital Status: Unmarried
Service Candidates (Armed Forces in Uniform)
- Age: 17 to 23 years
- Marital Status: Married or Unmarried
Minimum Height
- 5 feet 4 inches
Educational Requirements
Candidates must have passed Matric and F.Sc / A-Level / O-Level with at least 60% marks with any of the following subject combinations:
Accepted Subject Groups
- Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry
- Physics, Mathematics & Computer Science
- Physics, Mathematics & Statistics
Additional Eligibility Conditions
- Pre-Medical students may also apply if they complete Additional Mathematics before 15 September 2026.
- Candidates with O-Level / A-Level qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from IBCC.
- F.Sc Part-I students with at least 65% marks can also apply. They must provide a Hope Certificate from their college.
- Selected candidates must complete their F.Sc / HSSC examination before 15 November 2026.
- If a candidate fails to achieve 60% marks in final results, he will be disqualified during the selection process or training.
Selection Procedure
The recruitment process usually includes the following stages:

- Initial Written Test
- Medical Examination
- Physical Fitness Test
- ISSB Interview
- Final Selection by Naval Headquarters
Only candidates who pass each stage will proceed to the next step.
Training and Career
